Project Requirements
Individual project specifications are accessed through links in the schedule
Project reports are to be submitted as a single PDF via Moodle (double-check that it renders clear and readable). Reports should include source code as an appendix. meet the following requirements:
- Reports should be done with a word processor and be neat and professional (LaTeX is encouraged)
- Reports should be devoid of errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc.
- Reports should be 3-5 pages, single spaced, including all graphs and figures
- Label each section of your report to match the numbered requirements in the specific assignment specifications
- Merely reporting results is insufficient; you must include some discussion for each section, though some may be brief
- Assume that your audience knows the basics but wants to hear about what you learned, your analysis, etc.
- Figures are not to be hand-drawn and should be large enough to be easily legible
- Keep numbers reported to consistent (3 or 4) significant digits
- Label all axes on graphs and be careful to use the right type of graph in reporting results
- Any and all tasks included as part of the assignment should be discussed in your report (you should demonstrate a thorough understanding and implementation)
